Shipping & returns

I only accept returns if the product is damaged or defective due to the pandemic.  Buyer is responsible for shipping returned items back and there is a 25% restocking fee due to items being custom made.  Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent or no refund will be issued.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.  The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

1. Custom or personalized orders
2. Perishable products (like food or flowers)
3. Digital downloads
4. Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
